A smaller single storey cottage with three bedrooms; one double with small half tester over the bed, one small twin and one medium sized single. The separate kitchen/dining room has views across the fields to where deer are regularly sighted in the early mornings. There is a dishwasher in this cottage.

There are two steps between the bathroom/sleeping area and the cosy lounge which has an electric effect fire.

Having no lobby makes it unsuitable for dogs and the choice of cottage for guests with pet allergies.

The bathroom was refurbished in January 2007.
